You are invited to join our Community WhatsApp Group a community-sharing platform for anything related to the camp. This is for camp attendees only and not for promotions of other events.


TRAVEL ADVISORY: Glastonbury Festival Impact

  • Glastonbury Festival runs from Wednesday 25th to Monday 30th June, bringing increased traffic and demand for public transport in the area.

  • While roads around Frome and our camp should remain unaffected, we advise avoiding routes through Glastonbury and Shepton Mallet.

  • Our arrivals day on Monday 23rd June won’t be that impacted, but departures on Monday 30th June may be affected, particularly for those using trains or buses.

  • Train and bus tickets, especially to London, may sell out—book in advance to secure your travel.


ARRIVALS

  • The camp opens at 10am on Monday 23rd June 2025. Please don’t arrive before this time unless arranged, as you will not be allowed entry. Your first meal is Monday evening dinner.

  • Arrivals & Registration are open between 10am & 8.30pm | Monday & Tuesday. Please aim to arrive between these times. If you are going to arrive outside of these times, please get in touch to let us know.

  • IMPORTANT: The farm has a gate that is locked between 11pm & 7am each night so you will not be able to come and go during these times.


LIFTSHARE

  • If you need a lift or can offer a lift from anywhere in the UK, please add your details to the Lift Share Document.


TRAIN

  • Nearest Train Station is Frome, Somerset.

  • 3 hours from London (Paddington / Waterloo).

  • 3 hours from Devon.

  • 1 hour from Bristol.

    • Due to the Glastonbury festival, train tickets, especially to London or Bristol, may sell out on Monday 30th June, book in advance to secure your travel.

  • There are Lidl and Asda supermarkets near Frome station to pick up any extra food supplies before coming to the camp.


TAXI: from Frome

  • List of local taxi companies: Taxi Contacts in Frome

  • 7 mile / 15-minute taxi ride.

  • We recommend booking your taxi in advance, especially if your train arrives between 2pm & 6pm as this is a busy time for the local taxis with school and work runs.

  • If you wish to share a taxi with other attendees upon arrival to Frome, then please add your details to the Frome Taxi Share Document.


CARS & CAMPERVANS: (on arrival to the farm)

  • Follow the driveway and signs for Emerging Hearts through the farm and up the hill, staying left, to our site.

  • Please check in at the Welcome space before setting up camp or driving to the campervan field.


CAMPING

  • Unload / drop off your belongings at the Welcome space before moving your car to the main car park.

  • Camping is right next to the drop-off point.

  • Camping pitches are designated on a first come first serve basis.

  • We have wheelbarrows to help you unload and move your belongings.

  • For safety, please do not drive down onto the camping field.


CAMPERVANS

  • After checking in at the Welcome space we will direct you to where the campervan field is.

  • Please park sensibly and generously, in the area marked for campervans, allowing plenty of room for other campervans to manoeuvre and park up.

  • Park in marked-out pitches (in-between small stakes).

  • Keep the driving lane clear.

  • There is no electrical hook-up.

  • It’s fine if someone from your party wants to camp next to your campervan in a tent so long as they stay within your pitch.
